- The Development Program at Mainfreight is unstructured with no set pathways or fixed rotations.
- The program has a rolling intake and recruits future leaders continuously.
- Unlike other Graduate programs, you don't need to re-apply for a position at the end of your program
- For the first 6-18 months, graduates learn the fundamentals of the business, adapt to Mainfreight's culture, and gain hands-on experience.

- Graduates are encouraged to discuss areas of interest with their Branch Manager and pursue opportunities in areas like sales, operations, IT, or leadership.

To be eligible to apply, you must:
- Be in your last semester of study or have graduated in the last 2 years with, at minimum, a 3-year Bachelor's degree
- Be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent residency
