An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Mainfreight Metro Sydney branch (Prestons) for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to take the position of Account Champion. This is an important role within our Mainfreight Metro team, and the successful candidate will make a direct impact on quality and service.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Account Champion to join our team and support key customers while developing strong commercial skills. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and accurate data management.
Duties will include, BUT not limited to:
Assist in preparing cash quotes and pricing requests.
Create and maintain rate cards for customers.
Build and update customer profiles within our systems
Act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day communication for multiple major accounts.
Manage DIFOT reporting
Serve as the account manager for specific customers.
Conduct KPI’s and QBR’s for your customers.
Handle daily tracking and reporting for multiple customers.
Deliver weekly tracking ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
