This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading infrastructure and environmental services business as a Legal Counsel, partnering with senior executives and project teams on major developments that support Australia's energy transition and circular economy.
This is the kind of in-house role construction and projects lawyers rarely leave. Working on major infrastructure, energy and industrial projects, you will be embedded in the business, influencing decisions and helping drive projects from bid stage through to delivery. You will advise across the full project lifecycle, from bids and procurement through to project delivery and operations, negotiating complex construction, infrastructure and commercial agreements while providing practical, commercially focused legal support.
We are seeking lawyers with 8-10 years' PQE and strong front-end construction and projects experience gained in private practice and/or in-house. Experience across infrastructure, energy, utilities, water, or major projects will be highly regarded.
