We’re looking for experienced, confident Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated team across Brisbane’s North and Southside — from Mitchelton, Stafford, Deception Bay to Victoria Point, Thornlands, Annerley, Inala, Marsden, Logan Reserve, Meadowbrook, and Edens Landing. What You’ll Do
- Provide tailored, high-quality support in our Specialist Independent Living (SIL) houses and during community access shifts.
- Deliver personalised care in line with each participant’s individual support and behaviour plans.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, medication support, and meal prep.
- Create safe, supportive environments and proactively manage behaviours of concern.
- Engage participants in meaningful activities that build independence, confidence, and quality of life.
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Proven experience in mental health or disability support.
