Magna Constructions Pty Ltd is a leading residential and commercial construction company specialising in insurance building repairs, reinstatement and restoration services across multiple states.
Our experienced team delivers building repair and restoration solutions for a wide range of insured events, including flood, fire, water damage, mould and catastrophic storm damage. We work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, customers, contractors and other key stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes while providing a high level of service throughout the claims and repair process.

We’re building our Brisbane team from the ground up and the people who join us now will be involved from the very beginning, helping to build something new. You’ll have a genuine voice in how the office takes shape and grows and the chance to contribute ideas to our systems and processes, which we’re always developing and improving.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish.
You’ll be the engine behind each job, keeping timelines on track, stakeholders aligned, and outcomes moving forward. If you like being across everything and making things happen, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of insurance building claims end-to-end
- Liaise with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams
- Coordinate schedules, updates, and job progress across all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and internal processes
- Identify risks, delays, or issues early, and take action to resolve them
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date job records and documentation
About You
You’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep multiple moving parts under control.
- Experience in insurance building, claims management, or construction coordination
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear, confident communication skills
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, trades, and insurers
