Maggio’s has been bringing people together since 1999. Now, as we look to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on FOH Floor Manager to help lead our Cammeray team. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll set the tone on the floor, develop great people and deliver the kind of hospitality that keeps customers coming back.
What you’ll do:
- Lead service: Keep the team coordinated, engaged and delivering their best during busy periods.
- Develop people: Coach in the moment, lead by example and build a positive, accountable team culture.
- Create great experiences: Make guests feel welcome, anticipate their needs and resolve issues with care.
- Maintain standards: Maintain strong product and menu knowledge and shop presentation.
- Support operations: Work alongside the Venue Manager to keep daily service running smoothly and step up to lead when required.
Who you are:
- You’re an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take the next step in leadership.
- Experience in high-volume hospitality, ideally with team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Confidence directing a team and making sound decisions under pressure.
- A genuine passion for customer experience and developing others.
- Strong attention to detail, high standards and a hands-on approach.
- A positive, respectful attitude and the initiative to take ownership.
