Cibaria is a vibrant Italian-inspired eatery located in the heart of Manly, directly opposite the beach. Part of Maestro Hospitality, Cibaria is a busy, energetic venue built around great food, warm hospitality and a strong team culture. We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys being part of a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.
The Role
- Assisting with basic food preparation
- Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Assisting with stock rotation and storage
- Keeping preparation and service areas clean and hygienic
- Supporting the chefs with general kitchen duties during busy services
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
What We're Looking For

- Full Australian working rights
- Previous experience as a kitchen hand, kitchen assistant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
