Mader Group is looking for experienced Mobile Plant Mechanics to work on heavy mobile mining equipment across the Hunter Valley, Gunnedah and Mudgee. We’ve got multiple positions available, with a range of roster options and opportunities in crew-based and field service work. Accommodation is provided across all NSW locations, with field service vehicles supplied for applicable roles. If you’re a hands-on mechanic who knows heavy mobile plant and wants a solid job with good roster options, we’d like to hear from you.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: You must hold a Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology.
The Work
- Servicing and preventative maintenance
- Mechanical fault-finding and diagnostics
- Breakdown repairs and troubleshooting
- Component change-outs and general repairs
- Machine inspections and ongoing maintenance
- Field service work, depending on the position

What You Need
- Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (plus NSW Certificate of Proficiency)
- Experience working on heavy mobile plant
- Good mechanical and fault-finding skills
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Experience on Mining Plant (ideal, not mandatory)
