We are seeking experienced Rope Access Leads to oversee safe and efficient rope access operations for an established company specialising in facade maintenance and technical access. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, based within the broader Sydney region.
About the Role
- Requires advanced certification in industrial rope access and a track record of leadership in rope access teams.
- Hourly rate range: $55.00 to $70.00.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily rope access activities on site ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced rope access technicians.
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship following industry protocols.
- Communicate with clients and site personnel to coordinate work effectively.
- Contribute to site planning, including risk assessments and control measures for access and restoration tasks.
- Perform facade restoration, painting, sealing, and remedial maintenance at heights.
