Working closely with project teams, business leaders and stakeholders, the team helps identify and manage delivery risks, strengthen control environments and ensure change outcomes are implemented safely and effectively.

As a Project Assurance Manager, you will lead assurance activities across a portfolio of change initiatives, helping to identify risks early and support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. You will conduct project reviews, assess governance and risk management practices, and provide constructive challenge and guidance to project teams and stakeholders. A key focus of the role will be evaluating delivered risks, validating control changes and assessing the effectiveness of controls to ensure they are embedded into business‑as‑usual operations. Through your insights and recommendations, you will help strengthen delivery outcomes, enhance risk management practices and support the successful implementation of change across the organisation.
