As part of the Macquarie Recruitment Team (via Hudson Talent Solutions), you will join a supportive team working closely with our client stakeholders and contribute to the success of our broader global recruitment team. You will be a proactive recruiter with a consultative, responsive approach who enjoys partnering with key clients. While this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will be a true partner to the business, giving advice and guidance on all things recruitment and talent acquisition. You will add value beyond the recruitment process, working side by side with the business to support its talent needs. In this role, you will use your Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition experience to source, attract and assess the very best talent in retail banking or a relevant industry. You will build credibility, take accountability and earn trust as you deliver. You will adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. You will also bring a strong client service ethic, a proven record of delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies, and a strong background in retail banking and volume recruitment.
