Associate Director | Agile Delivery Manager, Market Services Transformation
Our Market Services transformation programme team delivers large-scale technology and transformation initiatives across business, technology, operations and risk. We use agile ways of working to deliver value at pace while managing governance, risk and delivery commitments. Siting within the Corporate Operations Group, the Market Services transformation team support significant change activity in our Commodities and Global Markets business.
This is a 12 month max term contract.

What role will you play?
You will orchestrate and enable delivery across numerous workstreams of the Market Services transformation programme, providing oversight and structure to help teams maintain momentum and deliver against agreed priorities. You will support the tracking of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions, bringing together inputs from product owners, engineering leads, business stakeholders and delivery partners to maintain a clear view of progress. You will coordinate delivery plans, agile ceremonies, governance and reporting, proactively identifying obstacles and ensuring key decisions, risks and dependencies are visible and appropriately managed.
What you offer
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology, transformation or product delivery initiatives using agile ways of working as part of an agile delivery or enablement function.
- Strong experience using Jira to manage sprints, reporting, dependencies and delivery roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across delivery teams and senior executives.
- Experience managing delivery budgets, resource plans, vendors and governance forums.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
