Macquarie Group is seeking a Talent and Engagement professional to deliver talent and organisational development initiatives across the full employee lifecycle in Macquarie Asset Management. This 12-month contract role partners with People & Culture to drive performance, engagement and inclusive practices globally.
You will manage the annual performance and promotions cycle, synthesize global data, and support employee experience initiatives while advising on talent strategies in collaboration.
