Macmahon is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor for a site-based role within our surface mining operations in Australia. You will partner with project leaders to uphold safety, compliance and client standards, ensuring our sites operate safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
You will drive the HSEQ Management Plan, provide coaching on systems and practices, lead risk assessments, support incident investigations and contribute to wellbeing programs and return-to-work.
