Ms Batterhams, nestled in the MacKenzie Quarters precinct, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and own service during lunch, dinner, and events.
You will work closely with the owners and kitchen, maintain flawless standards, mentor junior staff, and uphold our renowned beverage program and guest experience in a heritage setting. You’ll manage reservations, cash handling, and ensure a warm, seamless dining flow from welcome to farewell.
