MacKellar is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Carmichael Mine in Central Queensland. This site-based, hands-on role supports operational leaders and employees across a range of HR and workforce matters, delivering practical advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
You will partner with supervisors, managers and employees, managing investigations, grievances and disciplinary matters, while coaching leaders on employment legislation.
