Your new role
- This is a DIDO role with camp accommodation and meals supplied for those living outside Moranbah.
- The role is a 7/7 rotating roster with 12hr days.
- Lead a team of dozer operators on a coal stockpile and step into supervisory duties as required.
- Ensure effective operation of plant to reduce cycle times and prevent unnecessary maintenance.
- Maintain a safe work environment and be committed to adhering and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Comply with site Safety & Health Management System policies, procedures, and work practices.
- Communicate with operators and other personnel to coordinate operations.
- Re-fuelling and general machine inspections.
- Adherence to all site and company policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant RII's or mining competencies signed off within the last 5 years.
- Previous experience in the operation of Dozers, including on stockpiles.
- Previous experience in a leading hand or supervisor role.
- Current Queensland Coal Board Medical and Standard 11.
