MacKellar is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our Roaming Excavator Crew. This is a specialist role for someone who enjoys fault-finding, solving complex electrical issues and working across different mining operations. You’ll travel between sites to provide additional maintenance support, working closely with site teams to keep our excavator fleet operating safely and reliably.

The Role
- Auto Electrical trade qualification (Australian-recognised)
- Experience working on heavy mobile plant in a mining environment
- Strong electrical diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience with Liebherr excavators will be highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and alongside site-based maintenance teams
- Strong safety focus and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness and ability to travel between Central Queensland mine sites
