Mackay Sugar is seeking a People & Culture Administrator (HR Data and Reporting) to provide specialised technical support through document development, data analysis and information systems administration. The role reports to the Manager - ERPC and supports the P&C business units including Operational HR, ESG, HSE and Training.
You will leverage advanced Excel, SharePoint and Power BI to deliver accurate insights while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in a collaborative team.
