The Collinsville Multi-Purpose Health Service is seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join their team on a casual basis. This frontline support role provides essential support enabling the development and delivery of frontline services, programs and outcomes.
Your opportunity is to provide high quality and confidential administrative support and customer service to health professionals and patients within the Collinsville Multi-Purpose Health Service.
About the Team: Collinsville Multi-purpose Health Service (Collinsville MPHS) is located in the Whitsunday Regional Shire in the town of Collinsville, approximately 86 southwest from Bowen, a journey which takes approximately 1 hour from Bowen. The Collinsville MPHS consists of hospital services, an aged care area and community health with a private doctor's surgery at the end of the building. The Collinsville MPHS has an 8-bed acute inpatient facility and an emergency and outpatient service. In addition, there are 7 aged care beds, medical imaging with a visiting radiographer, a range of telehealth services and ambulatory care including allied health and community and child health services.
About the Hospital and Health Service: Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,500 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
