MFS Distributors are seeking an energetic and results driven person to manage sales in the Rockhampton and surrounding areas. You may not have previous sales experience, but if you have a can do attitude, customer focused, results driven, and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you!
We sell a vast range of FMCG including chips, chocolates, confectionery, drinks, and groceries to an existing customer base including Foodworks, IGA’s, SPAR, petrol and convenience stores, pubs, clubs, caravan parks, schools, and corner stores.
You will manage a diverse product portfolio and have the drive to network and make this territory your own by enhancing existing relationships and creating growth opportunities via business development.
Salary + Super + Incentive. Company vehicle + phone + iPad provided.
Skills and Experience:
- Place customer orders and upsell
- Merchandising product on shelf and securing and executing any displays and promotional activity
- Maintain weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer expectations are met
- Strong sales/business development acumen with the drive to grow the territory
- Building new customer relationships whilst maintaining existing accounts
- Customer focused, solutions orientated and possessing a positive can do attitude
- Confident communicator with the ability to adapt your communication style as required
- Self driven with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- A current Drivers Licence and solid driving record
