Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, formatting and updating Microsoft Word documents, forms and templates.
- Maintaining and updating Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) documentation, procedures, registers and records.
- Coordinating routine bookings, including accommodation, appointments and meetings.
- General data entry, filing, scanning and document management.
- Maintaining organised electronic records and folders.
- Assisting with general office administration and ad hoc administrative tasks.
About You
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Previous administration experience preferred but willingness to learn matters more
- Experience maintaining WHS documentation advantageous but not essential.
