- You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leads senior team leaders to ensure projects progress to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Reviews project reports and recommends adjustments to plans and delivery strategies.
- Sets clear performance standards and development objectives for supervisors and staff.
- Builds a high performing, service driven team through effective leadership, coaching, and daily management.
- Promotes an inclusive, positive workplace aligned with Mace’s values.
- Drives continuous improvement across management systems, processes, and performance measures.
- You’ll Also Have
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent.
- Chartered or progressing toward RICS accreditation.
- Strong commercial, financial, and contract management capability across pre and post contract stages.
- Proven experience leading project workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders.
