Key Responsibilities:
- Hydraulic component installation, system commissioning and repairs
- Assist with the development of new machinery and equipment to support farm operations
- Mechanical assembly of components on harvesting and related equipment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet specifications and standards
- Support general repairs and maintenance across farm machinery
- Share your knowledge and support other workshop team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade-qualified Fitter or highly skilled individuals with equivalent hands‑on experience
- Strong hydraulic experience (installation, commissioning and repairs)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and fabrication standards
