About Mable
Mable is one of Australia’s leading and fastest-growing healthtech platforms. As a purpose-driven company, we are where thousands of people with disability and older Australians have connected with independent support workers of their choosing and on terms that suit them. With more than 25 million hours of support facilitated since 2014, it’s no wonder we have been recognised on the AFR’s Top 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 50, and were previously awarded Australian Growth & Technology Growth Company of the Year. By working at Mable, you will join a high productivity and dynamic team environment, leading to meaningful change in Australia’s care and support sectors.
About the role
This leadership role will lead the evolution of People Operations, People Technology and workforce reporting capabilities across a complex and fast-moving environment. Sitting within the People & Culture leadership team, you’ll be responsible for creating a modern, scalable and service-oriented operating model that delivers exceptional employee experiences while supporting organisational growth and transformation. The role combines strategic leadership with operational delivery, overseeing people services, technology optimisation, workforce insights and continuous improvement initiatives, in close partnership with Legal and the General Manager - People on governance and compliance matters. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation at a pivotal point in its evolution and play a key role in shaping the future of its People function. You’ll have the opportunity to modernise people services and leave a lasting impact on employee experience, technology capability and operational effectiveness.

You’ll Bring:

- Strong Excel and analytical capability, with the ability to translate workforce data into insight for Executive/Board-level reporting.
- Expertise in service delivery, process improvement and operational excellence.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage workforce data and insights to influence decision-making.

- Strong Excel and analytical capability, with demonstrated ability to translate workforce data into insight for Executive/Board-level reporting.

- Programme/change management experience delivering multi-stakeholder, cross-functional systems projects.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Working familiarity with AI tools in an HR context (recruitment screening, coaching/chat support, employee self-service); evaluating and implementing rather than building.
