Mable is seeking a technical leader to drive SAP domain delivery across multiple squads in a complex environment. You will own performance and development of engineers, partner with Product Management to maintain a healthy backlog, and manage risks across stakeholders.
You will champion modern engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, trunk‐based development) and contribute to architectural decisions, while guiding hiring, onboarding, and capability building within the SAP function.
