HomeMade is seeking a permanent full-time Collections Specialist to join our Customer Collections team. You will manage outstanding balances, reconciling customer accounts and maintaining positive relationships through empathetic communication.
You will work across invoicing, co-contributions, overspends and government contributions, ensuring timely collection of funds while upholding compliance and high service standards. This role reports to the Collections Team Leader.
