We are searching for a HR Driver/Yardhand for our BUNDOORA depot, someone who is looking for a long-term stable position, who is passionate about safety, and who has a strong work ethic, effective communication, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients.
This is a FULL-TIME role on offer, Monday to Friday, 38 hours guaranteed, with overtime opportunities, paid annual and personal leave, public holidays, and no rain days.

- Transport
- Timely and efficientdelivery& collectionofequipmenttoandfrom customers’ job sites, predominantly localised
- Loading and unloading equipment on and off trucks by Forklift
- Keeping Mabey trucks clean and presentable
- Complete the vehicle inspection form twice weekly, reporting any defects or maintenance requirements to the manager immediately.
- Compliance with all Mabey policies and state and federal regulatory requirements with respect to conduct, compliance, logbooks, and/or fatigue management requirements.
- Repair and maintenance of hire fleet/equipment to a workable and safe condition.
- Cleaning and inspection of the hire fleet/equipment in preparation for the next hire.
- Painting of hire fleet/equipment.
- General housekeeping and maintenance of the Mabey facility, assets, tooling, and yard area as needed or requested.
- Required skills
- HR unrestricted licence (with manualsynchrogearbox, advantageous)
- CV Crane Licence(Preferred but not essential)
- Experience using a Hiab/Palfinger-type vehicle-mounted crane(preferred but not essential)
- Forklift Licence(Preferred but not essential)
- Site Safety Card: white card(must have)
- Own reliable transportto work.

The hourly rate is dependent upon tickets and experience.
An immediate start is desirable after licence and pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing.
