Cleary Bros is currently seeking a Sales Representative - Concrete to join their dynamic, successful team based at Albion Park, NSW. The Sales Representative will include assisting the Sales Manager with concrete sales, connecting with and maintaining existing customer accounts, establishing new customers and maximising opportunities whilst always ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Concrete sales;
- Effectively communicate and liaise with all new and existing customers in a professional, courteous and helpful manner;
- Prepare and follow up on quotations;
- Carry out market intelligence on customers, competitors and the industry;
- Liaise with operational and technical staff to ensure that customer technical requirements are consistently met, and where issues are identified, assist in the resolution;
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to identify customer movements (and suggested improvements) and trends and discuss them in sales meetings;
- Actively seek additional sales opportunities that may exist within the other integrated businesses including the plant hire, transport and construction divisions;
- Follow up with customers as required in relation to timely payment of accounts.
Required skills and experience:
- Previous "hands-on" experience in the construction industry;
- Experience working in industrial sales (concrete preferred);
- A thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook to prepare tenders, sales reports, data analysis and meeting minutes;
- Proven ability to identify and maintain long standing and professional relationships with customers;
- Excellent communication and follow up skills.
