Mission Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to establish and lead a new housing program in Queensland. Based in Toowoomba, you will oversee Housing Services, Asset Services and Community Development, building a capable team and guiding day-to-day operations toward outcomes that benefit tenants and communities.
You will mobilise a multidisciplinary team, drive service delivery transitions from project setup to ongoing operations, and foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
