Mission Australia’s Country Recovery Connect service in the Riverland region is seeking two part-time case management roles based in Berri, SA. You will provide practical, person-centred support to children, young people and families affected by alcohol and other drug use, delivering services in homes, schools and community settings.
Working within a supportive team, you will conduct assessments, coordinate service pathways and advocate with community services and government agencies to improve outcomes.
