This is a front-facing role suited to someone who is confident dealing with residents, visitors, contractors and clients while providing a high standard of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors
- Providing professional front-of-house and concierge services
- Communicating with Mandarin and English-speaking residents and visitors
- Managing visitor access and enquiries
- Assisting with deliveries and contractor attendance
- Maintaining accurate logs and incident records
- Responding professionally to resident and client requests
- Liaising with building management and other service providers
- Maintaining a professional, presentable and welcoming reception environment
About you:
- Fluent or highly proficient in Mandarin and English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well presented, professional and approachable
- Can remain calm and professional when dealing with different situations
- Reliable and punctual
- Good computer and reporting skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Previous concierge, hotel, residential, reception or customer service experience — preferred but not essential
