General Manager in Port Douglas

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management, performance and development of M&R Kitchens. Working closely with supportive and experienced owners, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of the business, introduce improvements and develop a strong, motivated and successful team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team across manufacturing, administration and installation.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and improve business systems, processes and communication.
• Build a positive workplace culture centred on teamwork, accountability and mutual respect.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, operational targets and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, suppliers and contractors.
• Work closely with the owners to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
