About the role
This role is for someone who enjoys the pace of outlet retail, knows how to start a conversation and loves turning great service into a sale. Your day will include:
- Approaching customers with confidence and energy
- Helping with fit, styling and product selection
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Upselling and identifying opportunities to complete the customer’s wardrobe
- Building relationships with new and returning customers
- Processing sales and assisting with stock movements
- Keeping the store well stocked and ready for busy trade
About you
You’ll bring:
- Retail, hospitality or customer service experience
- Confidence starting conversations and making recommendations
- A strong sales mindset and motivation to achieve targets
- An interest in menswear, fashion and styling
- Reliability, energy and a willingness to get involved
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods
- Menswear experience is an advantage but isn’t essential. We’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy selling, connect easily with customers and bring energy to the team.
