We are looking for someone who is keen to work, willing to learn and good to have around. Previous fire industry or trade experience is definitely a bonus, but it is not the most important thing. We are happy to teach the right person and support them to build their skills and knowledge over time. We would much rather employ someone with little or no experience who has a good attitude and genuinely wants to learn than someone with industry experience who is unwilling to work as part of a team.
