About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations and ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight and daily production of the workshop
- Organise teams and manage workflow
- Coordinate production scheduling to ensure targets are being met
- Ensure repairs are completed to scope and within required timeframes
- Coach and develop team members to improve capability and productivity
- Conduct final quality inspections and sign off completed repairs
- Monitor and achieve KPIs and monthly production targets
- Complying to health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)
- Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive structures and body repair methods
- Comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety, productivity and quality standards
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
