Lyka Pet Food Pty is seeking a Fulfilment Team Leader to own the afternoon shift on our fast-paced production floor in Australia.
You will lead Operators, manage rosters, and drive performance, safety, and quality across material flow and finished goods.
You will embed lean methodologies, coach problem-solvers, and partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to continuously improve output and compliance.
This role reports to the Fulfillment Manager.
