- E-Retail Partner Relationship Management: Act as Dior’s primary point of contact for E-Retail partners, building strong, trusted relationships to drive collaboration, accelerate sales, and maximise brand visibility.
- E-Retail & digital marketing strategy: Develop go-to-market plans aligned with the marketing calendar, manage online brand presence (organic e-merchandising and paid placements), lead digital marketing campaigns, and present strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Stock management & order fulfilment optimisation: Collaborate with internal Product Marketing, Supply, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to optimise inventory, assortment planning, and order fulfilment across E-Retail & E-Concession channels.
