Your Role
Fenty Beauty is looking for a Part Time Fenty Advisor to be a part of our Myer Sydney team! A Fenty Advisor will be dedicated to enhancing our retail and customer experience with a strong understanding of skincare and beauty. As a vital member of the Kendo Field Team, you will inspire store leadership and clients alike to believe in the power of Fenty Beauty products! The ideal candidate will be available 25-30 hours per week, with availability to work weekends and late-night trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Sales
- Sell Fenty products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service to clients throughout their visit.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers on fragrance, make-up and skincare.
Counter Operations
- Ensure visual merchandising is updated, fully stocked and shoppable for clients.
- Maintain timely and consistent communication with the Store Manager regarding inventory.
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Managing Relationships
- Foster strong relationships with in-store teams and store leadership.
- Demonstrate a collaborative and positive approach to work.
- Uphold professionalism and effective communication at all times.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Superior selling skills with demonstrated experience in the beauty industry.
- A proven ability in excelling individual retail targets through exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility in work hours dependent on peak customer shopping times and key promotional retailer activations.
- Passionate about beauty with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Self-confident and at ease to approach customers.
- Eager to satisfy customers and create a meaningful shopping experience.
