- The ideal candidate will combine strong programming skills with hands‑on experience across modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms, while ensuring compliance, observability, and ethical AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deliver Generative AI solutions in enterprise-scale production
- Implement agent-based architectures and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complex
- workflows.
- Ensure application security, observability, and reliability across all deployed solutions.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications with robust automated unit and regression testing.
- Leverage enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for scalable AI deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks, including security guardrails.
- Deliver AI-driven solutions tailored to the banking domain, with applications in fraud detection, customer personalization, and conversational AI.

- Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience deploying AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Background in delivering solutions within the banking sector.
- Exposure to fraud detection, customer personalization, or conversational AI applications.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries with strict compliance requirements.
