You will set the strategic direction for the group, ensure effective delivery across a complex operating environment and contribute to broader organisational strategy and priorities as a member of the Executive Management Group.
Key priorities will include:

About You

You understand how people, systems, technology and processes can work together to improve service delivery and ensure resources are directed to the areas of greatest priority. Your leadership style will be collaborative and accountable, with the ability to bring people with you through change and build capability across a diverse workforce.
