The Lumiere Foundation is seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to join the Quality Team, based at our Sydney office.
You will oversee adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and OOHC Code of Practice to support the welfare and safety of people we serve.
In this Not-for-Profit role you will drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance registers, and participate in internal audits while collaborating with ICCare and frontline teams to sustain accreditation and high-quality care.
