The Opportunity
We’re urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the North East Victoria (Macleod/Eltham). In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with domestic tasks
- Community Access
What You’ll Get
- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training
- Regular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, between 7am–6pm)
- Minimum 3-4 days availability required
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
- Disability/Aged Care experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
