Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 25km (approximately 30 minutes) from Cheltenham to support clients across the Bayside and South regions.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team servicing the Bayside and South Melbourne regions.
About the Role
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will provide a range of clinical nursing services to clients in their homes, supporting their ongoing health and wellbeing. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic nursing assessments and clinical care.
- Perform catheter management, including IDC and SPC changes.
- Wound assessment and wound care management.
- Medication administration and management.
- Chronic disease and health condition monitoring.
- Clinical documentation and care planning.
- Liaise with clients, families, GPs, and allied health professionals.
- Support clients to achieve their health goals and maintain independence.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and professional standards.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in community, aged care, hospital, or primary healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated competency in:
- Catheter Care
- IDC Changes
- SPC Changes
- Clinical Assessments
- Medication Management
- Wound Care
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (preferred).
- Full Australian working rights.
