LUMA Gelato in Mooloolaba is seeking a reliable Gelato Maker to join our production team. This hands-on role prepares gelato, sorbet, sauces and other products in-house, following established recipes and schedules.
You will operate production equipment, maintain quality and cleanliness, and follow food-safety procedures. Previous kitchen or food-production experience is preferred, with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
