Lucia Roche Estate in the Hunter Valley is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead one of our premium bars. You will shape the bar culture, develop the team and deliver an Italian hospitality experience with quality cocktails, local wines and craft beer.
The role focuses on day-to-day operations, staff development, stock control and cost management, while driving beverage sales through outstanding service. Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.
