LTM Australia is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a major SAP transformation program for a leading Australian organisation.
The program involves an SAP S/4HANA upgrade, requiring an experienced change professional who can take ownership of change management across a large-scale technology transformation.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication and proven experience delivering change across complex SAP programs.
You will bring
- 15+ years of end-to-end Change Management experience across SAP programs.
- Strong experience working across SAP ECC, S/4HANA and S/4HANA on RISE.
- Proven experience delivering change programs within specialty chemicals, manufacturing or mining environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management for at least two end-to-end S/4HANA upgrade programs, including programs involving extensive regression testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication planning capabilities.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.
- A demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive change management across large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a complex program environment.
