LSKD seeks a Regional Manager to lead and develop Head Coaches across NSW and ACT, embedding our culture and community focus while driving commercial success across multiple stores.
You will create regional master plans, coach leaders, manage operations, inventory, and KPI performance, and guide new store openings from recruitment through pre-opening. Travel across the region is expected as part of the role.
