THE MISSION
Are you a high-performance retail leader who is passionate about people, ready to drive the success of our key doorway and lead our localised community marketing strategy? We are looking for a visionary Head Coach (Store Manager) to lead our team at Bondi Junction. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our NSW Flag and shape how LSKD shows up in one of Australia's most active hubs. It is about driving the standard for how our brand connects with the community. Working closely alongside our retail leadership team, this role is responsible for growing local community connections, coaching and developing your team, and driving brand growth.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE MOVES
- Create a Community: Collaborate with Community Marketing to create impactful quarterly plans.
- Develop a Team of Leaders: Coach and mentor your store team to think like entrepreneurs.
- Coach Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, inventory accuracy, and weekly VM standards.
- Be Product Obsessed: Coach from the front in product knowledge across our core and seasonal ranges.
- Financial Smarts: Lead store performance tracking and deep-dive into store P&Ls.
- Drive Culture & Leadership Development: Foster a culture grounded in our mission to be 1% Better Every Day.
