We're looking for an inspiring Head Coach (Retail Store Manager) to take the lead at our VIC flagship at Chadstone, heading up a passionate crew that lives and breathes our values. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store, giving your crew the confidence and tools to grow, back themselves, and get 1% better every single day.

How you'll lead and make moves
Back and grow your team: Coach your crew daily with purpose. Run pre-shift huddles, regular 1:1 catch-ups, and create an environment where the team genuinely loves rocking up to work, and succession planning is part of the team DNA.
Champion our culture: Be the guardian of our mission and values. Lead from the front on the shop floor, fostering an inclusive, high-energy atmosphere that inspires everyone who walks through the doors.
Nurture the local community: Keep the local scene connected. Team up with local gyms, run community sweat sessions, and build authentic relationships that turn customers into lifelong friends of the brand.
Set the standard on the floor: Lead by example with genuine community connection, high-touch visual merchandising, and a store aesthetic that stays looking sharp across our flagship space.
Nail the roster: Build smart schedules that match peak launch traffic while hitting your wage cost targets.
Own the product: Run team fit sessions and own sell-through from the first boxes off the truck to the last one sold.
Know your numbers: Read your P&L, manage wages, track daily KPIs, and bring sharp commercial thinking to every week.
